Kaisun Trade's partner factory is equipped with high-speed can making production lines, using advanced automated can making technology, from can forming to printing decoration, the entire process is automatically controlled.

The production line is equipped with high-precision printing equipment, supporting multi-color printing, hot stamping, lamination and other processes, ensuring that the printing effect meets international standards. Printing accuracy can reach ±0.1mm, with high color reproduction, meeting the visual needs of various brand customers.

Production Capacity

The can making production line can produce up to 500,000 cans per day, and the printing line can produce 300,000 cans per day, capable of undertaking large-scale orders. The production line is equipped with automatic inspection equipment, real-time monitoring of can quality, ensuring that each product meets standard requirements.

Quality Control

From raw material warehousing to finished product ex-factory, every link undergoes strict quality inspection. Cans need to pass air tightness test, pressure resistance test, appearance inspection and other multiple inspection procedures, ensuring product quality is stable and reliable.
