Filling & Assembly

The filling workshop is equipped with fully automatic aerosol filling production lines, from can loading, liquid filling, valve installation, gas filling and sealing to finished product unloading, the entire process is automated.

The production line uses precision metering filling system, filling accuracy can reach ±1g, ensuring that each bottle's capacity is accurate and consistent. The gas filling process operates safely in explosion-proof workshop environment, strictly complying with dangerous goods production safety regulations.

Production Environment

The filling workshop is designed according to explosion-proof standards, equipped with complete ventilation systems and fire fighting facilities. Workshop temperature and humidity are monitored in real-time, ensuring the production environment meets product process requirements.

Production Scale

The filling production line can produce up to 300,000 cans per day, supporting quick switching of multiple specification products. The production line is equipped with automatic inspection equipment, real-time monitoring of filling volume, sealing quality and other key indicators.
