R&D & QC Lab

The R&D center is equipped with professional R&D team and complete laboratory facilities, able to provide customers with comprehensive technical support from formula development to product optimization.

The laboratory is equipped with gas chromatograph, electronic tensile testing machine, air tightness tester, spray performance tester and other advanced testing equipment, able to conduct comprehensive quality inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

R&D Capability

The R&D team has rich experience in aerosol formula development, able to develop specialized formulas compliant with various countries' regulations according to customer needs. The laboratory can conduct formula stability tests, compatibility tests, spray performance tests and other research.

Quality Inspection System

Established complete quality inspection system, from raw material warehousing to finished product ex-factory, every link undergoes strict inspection. Products need to pass air tightness test, spray performance test, stability test and other multiple inspections, ensuring product quality meets standard requirements.
