I. Product Introduction

Formulated with an advanced recipe and unique filling process, this product features excellent performance in powerful rust and corrosion resistance, as well as stone and scratch resistance. After spraying, it quickly forms a firm, elastic protective film on the chassis surface with strong adhesion and fast drying properties. It not only effectively resists the erosion of rain, salt, and acid rain, withstands high and low temperatures, and resists aging, but also provides good sound insulation and noise reduction effects. Eco-friendly and easy to construct, it is a professional car underbody care product friendly to both the environment and humans.

II. Application Scope

Widely applicable for rust and corrosion prevention, anti-impact, and sound insulation treatments on various automotive chassis, wheel hub linings, fenders, lower door skirts, and the bottom of car trunks.

III. Usage Method

1. Before construction, thoroughly clean the chassis to remove oil, mud, and rust, and ensure the surface is completely dry. Use masking paper or tape to strictly cover parts that do not need spraying, such as exhaust pipes, engines, and suspension systems.

2. Shake the can vigorously before use (for about 2 minutes) until you hear the clear sound of the mixing bead inside. Do not use upside down.

3. Spray evenly in a crisscross pattern at a distance of about 20-30 cm from the surface. For optimal protection and sound insulation, it is recommended to apply 2-3 thin coats, waiting for 10-15 minutes between each coat until the surface is slightly dry before applying the next.

4. After spraying, it takes about 30 minutes to become surface dry at room temperature, and over 24 hours to fully cure. If the product is not finished after use, invert the can and press the nozzle for 3 seconds to clear the residue inside the nozzle to prevent clogging. (Note: It is recommended to wear a mask and operate in a well-ventilated environment.)
